So what is planking? I still don't really know yet. I am so new that I have not really discovered the true therapeutic advantages to the position and the various emotional and spiritual benefits. I am sure there must be some, even if they only show up later in life when I discover that my children are embarrassed by these photos. We shall see. For now we will continue.
