The Grund

We had guests!  Awesome friends from the states came to visit.  We took them on various tours of the area including the Grund.  Wile there, it was time to plank.  Our friends did not think it was too strange, they are used to our peculiar behavior.

 

Prague

There is nothing like going to the east.  You wouldn't know that it had been communist no days though.  Everything there seemed so similar tot he rest of Europe.  A great city.  Here Ian and I plank on the famous Charles Bridge over the Vltala River. 

 

Planking Nuerburgring

Yeah, it is a race track.  No reason to stop me from throwing down a plank!  We met my friend Drew and his friend Bob there at the track.  Bob did some laps in a Lotus.  It was intense.  Lots of fun to ride around the track. 

Well, no need to bore you with things that don't relate to planking so here is the plank.

 

Metz France - Strange Looks

Just another plank.  We keep getting strange looks from people for some reason.  I just am not too sure what is causing it. 

Planking Trier - Again

Another solid plank from Ian and myself.  This is the city of Trier in Germany.  A small town, but fun to visit regardless.  More planks coming up soon!

So what is planking?  I still don't really know yet.  I am so new that I have not really discovered the true therapeutic advantages to the position and the various emotional and spiritual benefits.  I am sure there must be some, even if they only show up later in life when I discover that my children are embarrassed by these photos.  We shall see.  For now we will continue.  Here we plank outside the cathedral in Trier Germany.
